Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and DruMan Solutions LLC. By using DraftPop, creating an account, starting a subscription, or connecting a social account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DraftPop. If you use DraftPop for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including connected social accounts.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
- You must notify us promptly at support@draftpop.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel before your next renewal, and you will keep access through the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policyor where required by law.
Your Content and Outputs
You keep ownership of the prompts, files, source material, drafts, captions, images, connected-account content, and other materials you provide to DraftPop. As between you and DraftPop, you also own the outputs generated for you, subject to any rights, restrictions, or obligations that may apply under third-party provider terms, social platform rules, intellectual-property laws, or applicable law.
You give DraftPop a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and use your content and outputs only as needed to provide, secure, support, bill, improve reliability of, and enforce DraftPop.
AI Output Review
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular platform or campaign. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and legally clearing content before publishing it. DraftPop does not provide legal, financial, medical, professional, advertising, or platform-compliance advice.
Connected Platforms
If you connect a social platform such as X, you authorize DraftPop to use the permissions you grant to schedule, publish, and manage content at your direction. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms, developer policies, advertising rules, content rules, rate limits, and account requirements.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DraftPop for spam, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, malware, harassment, sexual exploitation, deceptive political activity, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, platform-policy violations, or other misuse. The full policy is available at Acceptable Use.
Service Changes and Availability
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, providers, plans, limits, and pricing. We work to keep DraftPop available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, harms DraftPop or others, or causes platform, payment, or abuse issues. You may stop using DraftPop at any time.
Disclaimers and Limits
DraftPop is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DruMan Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
