Social Account Data Deletion

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram from DraftPop, request deletion, or check the status of a Meta deletion request.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

  1. Sign in to DraftPop and open Connected accounts.
  2. Select the Facebook Page or Instagram account you want to disconnect.
  3. Confirm the disconnect. If scheduled posts still use that connection, cancel or remove those posts when prompted.

You can also remove DraftPop from your Facebook or Instagram business integrations in Meta's settings. When Meta sends DraftPop a valid deauthorization or deletion request, we remove the related access tokens, connected-account identifiers, and connection-specific scheduling records.

Delete Your Entire DraftPop Account

Disconnecting a social account does not delete your DraftPop login, drafts, billing records, or other account information. To request full account deletion, email support@draftpop.ai from the email address on your DraftPop account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
