Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to DraftPop and open Connected accounts.
- Select the Facebook Page or Instagram account you want to disconnect.
- Confirm the disconnect. If scheduled posts still use that connection, cancel or remove those posts when prompted.
You can also remove DraftPop from your Facebook or Instagram business integrations in Meta's settings. When Meta sends DraftPop a valid deauthorization or deletion request, we remove the related access tokens, connected-account identifiers, and connection-specific scheduling records.
Disconnect TikTok
- Sign in to DraftPop and open Connected accounts.
- Select Disconnect beside your TikTok account.
- If scheduled TikTok posts use that connection, confirm that DraftPop should cancel and remove those posts before disconnecting.
Disconnecting removes the TikTok access and refresh tokens, open ID, profile details, granted connection, and connection-specific scheduling records stored by DraftPop. You can also revoke DraftPop from TikTok's authorized-app settings. Revoking access in TikTok prevents future API access; email support@draftpop.ai if you also want DraftPop to delete its remaining connection records.
Delete Your Entire DraftPop Account
Disconnecting a social account does not delete your DraftPop login, drafts, billing records, or other account information. To request full account deletion, email support@draftpop.ai from the email address on your DraftPop account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
