💬 Questions
Good to know before you start.
What counts as a prompt?
Free includes 2 prompts total, with up to 2 draft posts per prompt, and 5 scheduling credits total. Scheduling uses a separate credit, not another prompt. Free does not include refines. These allowances do not reset monthly.
Will I be charged or upgraded automatically?
No card is required for Free, and it never automatically converts to a paid subscription. Your saved work remains accessible after your Free allowance is used. For custom Premium, we agree on the price and limits with you before activation. Sending an inquiry does not start a subscription.
How do custom Premium plans work?
Tell us how many AI creations and scheduled posts you need each month. We’ll discuss your workflow, agree on allowances and pricing, and activate your plan after the agreement is confirmed. Contact sales to get started.
What counts as a scheduling credit?
Each scheduled post to one connected account uses one scheduling credit. Sending the same post to three accounts uses three credits. Scheduling and AI creation have separate allowances.
Which platforms can I schedule to?
Schedule to X (Twitter), Facebook Pages, Instagram Business or Creator accounts, and personal LinkedIn profiles. TikTok is coming soon and isn't available at launch. Connect an eligible account in your workspace to get started.
