No Refunds After Payment
DraftPop is a digital subscription service. Payments are non-refundable after they are charged, including unused time, unused credits, unused features, accidental signups, buyer's remorse, or changes in your publishing plans, except where required by law or under the limited exceptions below.
Limited Refund Exceptions
We may issue a refund or credit when we confirm one of these issues:
- Duplicate charge or accidental double billing for the same account and billing period.
- Unauthorized transaction or billing error that is reported promptly.
- Verified account-provisioning or access issue caused by DraftPop that prevents use of the paid service and is not resolved within a reasonable time.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal. After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period unless you resubscribe. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for the remaining time in a billing period unless required by law.
How To Request Help
For cancellation help, billing questions, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or service access issues, email support@draftpop.ai. Include the email address on your DraftPop account, the billing date, and a short description of the issue.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, Stripe, your bank, and card networks may ask for evidence such as account activity, payment records, cancellation records, and this policy.
