DraftPop helps you schedule posts after the draft is ready. You can queue an AI-generated post from your saved drafts, or write a custom X post from scratch and schedule it in the same calendar.
Quick answer
To schedule a Twitter/X post with DraftPop, connect X, choose an AI-generated draft or write a custom caption, pick the publish time, and review the queue before the post goes live.
Connect X
Start by connecting your X account from the connected accounts page. Once connected, DraftPop can send scheduled posts through your account at the time you choose.
Schedule an AI-generated post
This is the fastest path when you already used DraftPop to create post options for a launch, announcement, or campaign.
- Generate draft posts from your workspace.
- Open Schedule and choose Schedule a draft.
- Pick the AI draft that best matches the campaign.
- Choose X, select a future date and time, and confirm.
Schedule a custom post
You can also skip AI generation and write directly in the scheduler. This works well for quick updates, reminders, or posts you have already written elsewhere.

- Open Schedule and choose Schedule a draft.
- Select Write a post from scratch.
- Add your caption and an optional image.
- Choose X, pick the time, and queue the post.
Example X posts
AI-generated X post
Scheduling is live in DraftPop. Turn launch notes into polished X post options, choose the one that fits, and queue it for the moment your audience is most likely to see it.
Custom X post
Quick update: we just shipped scheduling in DraftPop. Generate a post, pick the strongest draft, or write your own, then queue it for X without leaving the workspace.
Reminder post
One more reminder: [event or offer] is happening [date]. If [audience] wants [outcome], this is the window to take action.
Review the queue
After scheduling, use the queue, week view, or month view to see what is coming up. Open a scheduled post to edit the caption or cancel it before it goes live.

Final Thought
DraftPop is strongest when creation and publishing stay connected: generate the idea, polish the post, then schedule it while the context is still fresh.
